Anything else you want to know?

What role do artisans play in your production process?

None of our sunglasses will be possible without their support.

Artisans are involved in various stages, including crafting raw metal pieces, detailed finishing, welding and assembly, and lens cutting.

Manufacturing eyewear is a very long and complex process and it requires at least 5 experts to assemble a basi frame. Material and lenses sourcing, hinges and screws, frame shaping, assembling and finishing are just some of the essential steps you need to go through to make any frame, and they each require a different supplier.

What is the environmental impact of your production process?

We are committed to sustainability and use eco-friendly materials and processes wherever possible.

This is why we work with suppliers that respect our values and let us produce in small quantities, which is not easy and common nowadays for eyewear manufacturer.

Our suppliers all believe in the power of eyewear, saw the potential in IN SANA and chose to be part of it.

How do you ensure the quality of your products?

We have stringent quality control measures at every stage of production, from sourcing materials to the final inspection before shipping.

Our suppliers work separately, meaning we personally find the best solution with each of them and check the quality of their work before proceeding to the next step.

This approach allow us to ensure the best quality through all the steps of the way, and not just checking the overall quality at the end. It is a long process, but very exciting - there is always something to learn!
